Whole Collection Acquisitions

Sell a Whole Card Collection Without Sorting It First

Boxes, binders, a few slabs, and no time to list them one by one. Send phone photos of the collection as it sits. We find the cards that matter, price each of them on its own against recorded sales, and tell you plainly what the rest is worth and where it belongs. A real offer before you ship, honored when what arrives matches your submission, and payment once it is verified.

A real, itemized offer, usually within 48 hours.

You do not need to count, catalog or sort anything. Photograph the boxes and binders as they are and send the front of the best 10 to 20 cards you can find.

What a Mixed Collection Usually Contains

Most of the Value Sits in a Handful of Cards

The keys

Rookies of star players, autographs, serial-numbered cards, and anything from before 1980. These are priced one at a time, against what that exact card has recently sold for.

The slabs

Any card in a hard case with a PSA, BGS, SGC or CGC label is identified from the label and reviewed in that exact grade. Slabs and raw cards go in the same submission.

The rest

Commons, base cards and most cards from the late 1980s and early 1990s sell for very little, if at all. We say so, and we tell you where that part belongs instead of paying a token amount to take it away.

The top-20 rule. If you can only photograph a few things, photograph the boxes as they sit and the front of the best 10 to 20 cards you can find. That is almost always enough for an actual offer on the keys and an honest read on the rest.

Said Plainly

What We Do Not Buy, and What Happens to It

  • Bulk commons from about 1987 to 1994, base cards, and most cards under a few dollars. They cost more to list than they sell for. A local card shop, a card show, or a dealer who buys by weight is the right outlet, and we will say so on your offer.
  • Damaged or altered cards, unless the card is scarce enough that condition does not decide the sale.
  • Anything we cannot identify from your photos. We ask for another photo before we price a card, never a guess.
  • Everything we do buy is on the offer, line by line. Keep any card you want to keep; the number for the rest does not change.

Questions

Selling a Whole Collection, Answered

Do I need to count or catalog the cards first?

No. Photograph the boxes and binders as they sit, then the front of the best 10 to 20 cards you can find. We do the identifying. A weekend spent inventorying thousands of commons does not change the offer.

Can I keep some cards?

Yes. The offer lists every card it covers with its own price. Remove anything you want to keep and the rest of the number stands. Nothing ships until you decide.

What about the bulk?

If most of the collection is commons from the late 1980s and early 1990s, we say so plainly and point you to the right outlet for it. We make an offer on the cards we can resell rather than paying a token amount to haul everything away.

Do you buy graded and raw cards together?

Yes, and most collections we buy are both. Slabs are identified from the label and reviewed in that exact grade; raw cards are reviewed from your photos. Send everything in one submission.

How does a heavy collection ship?

If you accept, we send a prepaid, fully insured, tracked label sized for the shipment, and we walk you through packing before anything moves. If the keys are a small part of a large collection, you can ship only the cards on the offer.

What if we disagree on a card's condition?

Your offer is based on the cards and condition you represented. If what arrives matches, the accepted offer is honored. If something is materially different, we contact you before any adjustment, and if you decline, everything ships back free and fully insured.
