Refund policy

At Mint By Memphis, every card is described accurately, with grading and certification noted where applicable. We want you to buy with confidence.

30 day returns, and we cover the return shipping. If a card is not right, email info@mintbymemphis.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will send you a return label. This is the same standard we hold ourselves to on eBay.

Condition. Returns must come back in their original holder or slab, in the same condition they left us. Please do not crack a slab or remove a card from its holder if you may want to return it.

If an item arrives not as described or damaged, tell us at info@mintbymemphis.com and we will make it right. A full refund including your original shipping, or a replacement where possible.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and verified, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
