Refund policy

At Mint By Memphis, every card is described accurately, with grading and certification noted where applicable. We want you to buy with confidence.

If an item arrives not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@mintbymemphis.com and we will make it right. A return for a full refund, or a replacement where possible.

Returns. Because trading cards are collectibles whose value can move with the market, returns are accepted only for items that are not as described or that arrive damaged. To start a return, email info@mintbymemphis.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Approved returns must be sent back in their original holder or slab and in the same condition.

Return shipping. If the return is the result of our error, we cover return shipping and refund your original shipping as well. For other approved returns, the buyer covers return shipping.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and verified, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
